I recently stayed for 2 nights and enjoyed the high-quality breakfast with a variety of options, including freshly baked waffles and delicious breakfast sandwiches. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making the check-in process smooth and welcoming. My only concern was the slightly dated appearance of the room, which could use a refresh.

Had a great time with friends! We explored the Buffalo Zoo and enjoyed the historical theater complex. The hotel was perfect for our group vacation, and everyone felt safe and comfortable. Breakfast was solid, and the staff was friendly. A fun place to stay for family and group trips!

We would have liked a space to hang out after 10:30pm. The lobby closed, and there wasn't a table in our room for everyone to gather around. Not a huge deal, but it affected our late-night fun.

Great stay for a weekend jaunt

Clean room, comfortable bed, with breakfast offering good options and a very polite young man working in the dining room who provided helpful service during our stay.

the room had a bit of an odd smell. the breakfast was really good, especially with fresh waffles. the coffee in the lobby was available 24/7, which was great. the staff were all friendly and helpful.

The room was nice and clean, but we had a few hiccups. I requested a ground floor room, but that got mixed up, and we ended up on the second floor. The alternate room definitely needed some TLC—think worn carpets and walls that could use a paint job. It had a fridge and microwave, which was a plus. Bed was comfy, but not freshly made at first, which was a bit off-putting. Luckily, the staff were super friendly and took care of us after we mentioned it.

Conveniently located for both the Bills game and Niagara Falls, the room was surprisingly quiet despite its proximity to the highway. The staff displayed remarkable friendliness, particularly Camden and Samantha at the front desk. Although the pool area was clean and well-kept, the noise from the highway disrupted an otherwise peaceful stay. Additionally, the complimentary breakfast had limited options, making it less appealing for a family getaway.

Family trip gone wrong

The kids loved the pool, even if we had to ask for towels because they were missing. Also, the room was spacious and comfy enough for our family, despite some issues.

It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but I expected better for the price.

Now, things got a bit shaky when I showed up to find no pillows or blankets for the extra bed—had to trek to the front desk for those. The pool closure kept us from chilling, too, not to mention the false advertising about a hot tub. Definitely not my pick for my next West Seneca family visit.
